This Tasty Maca Smoothie is rich, creamy and refreshing.  Very effective to balance hormones, strength, and endurance. Perfect as a post-work out smoothie!! (Just add one scoop of Protein powder)

Black Maca Powder

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 TBS  manuka honey
  • 1 TBS  Red or Black Maca powder
  • 1/2 TBS cacao powder
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
