Immune Boosting Camu Camu & Turmeric Smoothie


This refreshing smoothie combines the power of camu camu, the best known source of vitamin C, Turmeric, packed with antioxidants and ginger to help the body shield itself from seasonal illnesses. Carrot adds betacarotene, while spinach provides vitamin K for healthy bones and coenzyme Q10 for skin regeneration, making this smoothie a great option for a fresh start every morning!

  • 1 teaspoon of Camu Camu Powder

  • 1/2 cup of Carrot (grated)

  • 1 teaspoon of Ginger (fresh, peeled)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder

  • Spinach (a handful)

  • 1 tablespoon of Honey

  • 1 cup of Water (cold)

  • 1 tablespoon of Lime juice

  • A Pinch of Black Pepper 


  • Add spinach, carrot, ginger, turmeric and camu camu powder into a blender

  • Fill with water, lime juice, and honey

  • Blend until all ingredients are well combined and have an even consistency
