We will accept returns on products bought directly from our website for up to 60 days after receipt. Please email us at support@mothernatureorganics.com or call us at +1 (866) 521-8772 to initiate the return and to receive the address for the return shipment. Please include order number and reason for return.
You may return new, unopened product(s) within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping/tariff/customs or other non product costs. Your returned product(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase for each product.
Once we receive your returned product, a credit via original method of payment will be processed within up to 10 business days.
If you purchased from a retailer, please contact that retailer with your return or exchange request. If you have a damaged product, please contact us for assistance.
What is not returnable?
- Items not purchased directly to us.
- Orders with opened items are not returnable.
- Orders without an order number or proof of purchase.
- Orders that are outside of the 60-day return policy period.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.
Your satisfaction with our products is completely guaranteed for a full 60 days from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, simply write a brief explanation of your negative experience with the product to support@mothernatureorganics.com and write "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will then be happy to issue a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must be made directly from Mother Nature Organics on Amazon, Walmart.com, or from our website MotherNatureOrganics.com. If you have purchased a Mother Nature product from another website or a retail location, please contact them directly for order related issues.

International Shipping Disclaimer
When ordering outside of the United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Mother Nature Organics has no control over these charges, nor can Mother Nature Organics predict what they may be.
If you decline to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States (at an extremely high cost charged to Mother Nature Organics). Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for refunds or replacement shipments.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
- Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund orders nor original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
