Shipping Policy

Mother Nature Organics does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, or on a weekend or major holiday, ship on the next business day (Monday–Friday). Friday orders placed within business hours update that day when possible; otherwise they ship the following Monday. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically arrives within 2–5 business days after shipment. We do not offer weekend warehouse deliveries.

Mother Nature Organics uses third party shipping carriers, and retains the exclusive right to determine which shipping carriers may be available to ship our products purchased through this website. Orders will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website and shipping charges may apply. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. Signature may be required for deliveries. Mother Nature Organics does not guarantee any particular delivery date and is not responsible for any delays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone trying to solve the problem.

You may return or exchange a product purchased from this website in the event that the product is defective or for any reason within 60 days. In the event that the return or exchange is due to an incorrect order or faulty product, Mother Nature Organics will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with such return. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the return. Mother Nature Organics will only accept returns or exchanges of purchased products that comply with the process detailed in our Return Policy.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Free shipping applies after promotions and discounts; gift cards, shipping charges, and taxes do not count toward the $49 minimum. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping. Eligible customers must select the free shipping option at checkout when it is offered. Orders under $49 ship Standard for a $4.95 flat rate.

Shipping Disclaimers

a. Incorrect Shipping Address, Missing Information: Please, we encourage you to double-check your shipping address to avoid any delays. If the shipping address submitted on the order is incorrect, unfortunately, the package returns to us. Additional charges may apply for re-sending the package. If the order is returned to us, and it's no longer wanted, we will refund the order minus the shipping cost.

b. Additional Notes for Delivery: Please if your address has difficult access, or you would like us to leave the package in a special place, send us a special note within your order. We will take a note and forward it to the courier service.

Return Policy

US returns at a glance

Return window: 60 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: new, unopened and unused items only.
How to return: returns are sent back by mail. Email support@mothernatureorganics.com or call +1 (866) 521-8772 with your order number to start a return and get the return address.
Return shipping: the customer pays the cost of mailing the return back to us (we suggest using a tracked service). If we sent an incorrect or faulty item, we pay the return shipping.
Refund: full product refund to your original payment method within up to 10 business days after we receive the return, minus original shipping, tariff, customs or other non-product costs.

We will accept returns on products bought directly from our website for up to 60 days after receipt. Please email us at support@mothernatureorganics.com or call us at +1 (866) 521-8772 to initiate the return and to receive the address for the return shipment. Please include order number and reason for return.

You may return new, unopened product(s) within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping/tariff/customs or other non product costs. Your returned product(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase for each product.

Once we receive your returned product, a credit via original method of payment will be processed within up to 10 business days.

If you purchased from a retailer, please contact that retailer with your return or exchange request. If you have a damaged product, please contact us for assistance.

What is not returnable?

- Items not purchased directly to us.
- Orders with opened items are not returnable.
- Orders without an order number or proof of purchase.
- Orders that are outside of the 60-day return policy period.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.

Your satisfaction with our products is completely guaranteed for a full 60 days from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, simply write a brief explanation of your negative experience with the product to support@mothernatureorganics.com and write "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will then be happy to issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must be made directly from Mother Nature Organics on Amazon, Walmart.com, or from our website MotherNatureOrganics.com. If you have purchased a Mother Nature product from another website or a retail location, please contact them directly for order related issues.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.
