Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PT) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PT) will be processed the next business day. During high-volume periods or peak seasons, processing may take longer — we’ll notify you by email if delays occur.

U.S. Delivery Time

Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

Carriers & Responsibility

We use trusted third-party carriers and select the best option for your order. Some deliveries may require a signature. Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, claims must be submitted to the carrier — we are always happy to assist.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees may apply. All orders are shipped to the address you designate, provided it complies with our shipping restrictions.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• Additional charges may apply to resend the order.
• If you choose not to reship, we will refund your order minus shipping costs.

You may add delivery notes at checkout (e.g., where to leave a package). We will share these with the carrier, but compliance cannot be guaranteed.

Products purchased directly from our website may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Non-refundable: shipping, customs, tariffs, and other non-product fees.

Return Shipping Costs

• If your return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping.

Purchases Made Through Retailers

If you purchased from a third-party seller (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, or other retailers), please contact that seller directly for returns or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, you may still contact us and we’ll assist.

Restricted Products & Ingredients by Country

Please note: Some countries restrict certain ingredients. Orders containing these products may be delayed, rejected, or held by customs.

• Ashwagandha Capsules, Ashwagandha Powder, Adrenal Support contain Ashwagandha, which is a restricted ingredient in Japan, Brazil, and the United Kingdom.
• Supplements with Bioperine, L-Phenylalanine and Rhodiola rosea extract are restricted ingredients in Brazil (including Ashwagandha Capsules, Turmeric Capsules, Black Maca Extract, Golden Mind).
• Alpha Prime T Testosterone Booster contains Horny Goat Weed, which is a restricted ingredient in South Korea and the EU. It also contains Tribulus Terrestris, which is a restricted ingredient in Brazil and Ireland.
• Shilajit is a restricted ingredient in Brazil, Ireland and Japan.
  
  

Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These vary by country and are not refundable by Mother Nature Organics.

If duties or taxes are refused at delivery, the package may be considered abandoned and cannot be refunded.

To avoid delays:

• Do not refuse a shipment due to duty charges — contact your local customs office or us for support

Free Shipping Details

When available, we offer free shipping via standard ground transit within the contiguous United States.

Not eligible: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, gift cards, taxes, or handling fees.
