Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PT) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PT) will be processed the next business day. During high-volume periods or peak seasons, processing may take longer — we’ll notify you by email if delays occur.
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.
We use trusted third-party carriers and select the best option for your order. Some deliveries may require a signature. Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, claims must be submitted to the carrier — we are always happy to assist.
Shipping fees may apply. All orders are shipped to the address you designate, provided it complies with our shipping restrictions.

If duties or taxes are refused at delivery, the package may be considered abandoned and cannot be refunded.
