“B-complex” is the name for a supplement that combines the B vitamins: thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), B6, biotin (B7), folate (B9) and B12. This one lists all eight, plus choline and trimethylglycine (TMG).
Two forms are named on the label: folate as Quatrefolic®, the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), and B12 as methylcobalamin. B2 and B6 each include an active-coenzyme form (riboflavin-5-phosphate and pyridoxal-5-phosphate).
